About MezzaGrowth
Mezza is a platform dedicated to restaurants that combines financing and customer acquisition. The core principle: Mezza buys meal credits from restaurants in advance, thus injecting them with immediate cash, without bank loans, without relinquishing equity, and without fees. It's an alternative financing model, similar to revenue-based financing, but applied to the restaurant industry.
These meal credits are then resold to the Mezza member community via a mobile app, with a bonus to encourage them to spend more. Members pay directly in the restaurant using an in-app wallet, seamlessly for the staff. The restaurant thus receives a steady flow of customers without having to manage marketing campaigns or a complex reservation system.
Unlike platforms like TheFork that rely on discounts, Mezza boasts a "brand-first" approach: tables are filled at full price, without requiring customers to wait for promotions. The partner establishments featured on the site are generally upscale, confirming this premium positioning. In short, Mezza positions itself as a cash flow tool and a customer acquisition lever, all without debt or dilution.
